wet process provider certified with SEMI-S2 and SECS-II. With a great experience in wet process
integration for wafer level package, GPTC’s 12” dry film stripper has owned
100% market share in Taiwan

solder bump process in IC manufacturing. Other
than dry film
stripper, 8 & 12” single wafer metal etching systems with
spin type
